Range. Note: The step resolution setting will be
automatically rounded to the closest multiple of
the base resolution.

Query Syntax [:CONFigure]:STEP:CPM?
Parameter [ W ] Step resolution.
MINIMUM or MIN Minimum step resolution
MAXIMUM or MAX Maximum step resolution
Return parameter Returns the range and the
step resolution.
Example :STEP:CPM 0.001
Sets the step resolution to 0.001W.
Query example :STEP:CPM?
>CPM:0.001
Returns the step resolution (0.001W).
