Range. Note: The step resolution setting will be
automatically rounded to the closest multiple of
the base resolution.

Query Syntax [:CONFigure]:STEP:CRM?
Parameter [ MHO ] Step resolution. [MHO]
MINIMUM or MIN Minimum step resolution
MAXIMUM or MAX Maximum step resolution
