Range. Note: The step resolution setting will be
automatically rounded to the closest multiple of
the base resolution.

Query Syntax [:CONFigure]:STEP:CCM?
Parameter [ A ] Step resolution.
MINIMUM or MIN Minimum step resolution
MAXIMUM or MAX Maximum step resolution
Return parameter Returns the range and the
step resolution.
Example :STEP:CCM 0.0002A
Sets the step resolution to 0.0002A.

>CCM:0.0002
Returns the step resolution (0.0002A).
