Return Parameter Returns the program data

:MEMory:FILE:SETup System Command
Description Sets or returns the setup data using block data. See
the command syntax on page 13 for more details

Syntax :MEMory:FILE:SETup
Parameter Setup data
Example :MEM:FILE:SET data> Loads the setup data
using block data.
