The data format is fixed as follows:
• Data length: 8-bit
• Parity bits: none
• Stop bits: 1bit

Figure 3.14.21 shows the control register SIRCR. Set the data SIRCR during SIO0
is stopping. The following example describes how to set this register:
1) SIO setting ; Set the SIO to UART Mode.
