A string of 1 to 8 characters, where the first character is alphabetic and the 2nd through
8th characters are alphanumeric.
Default Value
A unique unqualified name that is automatically generated.
The name will consist of:
v TR (token-ring)
v EN (Ethernet)
v DLS (DLSw)
v IP255
v ATM
v FR (frame relay)
v X25 (X.25)
v SDLC (SDLC)
v PPP (point-to-point)
v IP
followed by the interface number.
You can change the port name to a name of your choice.
