D ESCRIPTION Initiates motion according to the ECAM profile
, where the ECAM profile is time based.
In this case, the master pulse is generated internally
every 125 μs. See 4.9.13.3, ENGAGE_VIRTUAL_AXIS.
Profile_ID The identifying number of the profile to
be used.
