The Settings tab allows you to modify many of the settings set when the TheaterLinX
was added to the project as well as a number of other settings outlined below.
Field Description/Value
TheaterLinX Name The name of the TheaterLinX zone in the project, you
should name this similar names to how you might name
a SpeakerLinX zone.
AVR Name The AVR Name should be descriptive e.g. Family
Marantz
AVR Driver IR or named RS-232 driver
Enable Front IR Reciever Enables the IR Reciever on the front of the TheaterLinX
for IR control in the Theater
Who Should Handle the Volume Specify whether the theater zone’s volume is handled by
the TV, the AVR, or neither. When neither is selected the
system assumes a local SpeakerLinX is handling
volume.
Input Select Specify’s whether the audio input to the AVR from the
TheaterLinX is analog or 2-Channel Digital through the
S/P DIF connector.
Input Level Allows for input level compensation to the AVR from
+6dB to -12dB
AVR Power Sensor Allows for sense from the AVR to be LED, Level, or
Video Sync
Display Power Sensor Allows for power sense from the display to be LED,
Level, or Video Sync
