The Audio tab provides for adjustment of the SpeakerLinX amplifier settings. This includes adjusting the
amplifier to accommodate speakers of a particular impedance. Table 5-46 and Table 5-47 provide information
on the fields available for editing the Audio tab.

Selection Description
Audio
Room Name
The name of the room where the SpeakerLinX is located.
This displays on all user interfaces.
Service Type
A display field used to indicate the service type.
Speaker Impedance
Allows dealer to change the impedance settings of the
amplifier in the SpeakerLinX (default is 8 Ohms).
Volume Limit
Establishes a maximum volume level limit.
Stereo Mode
Choose between stereo, and mono/summed.
Lineout Volume Level
Allows dealer to determine if the EIM Line out will be fixed
(user cannot adjust volume from the TouchLinX) or variable
(volume can be adjusted from the TouchLinX).
Volume Level
Default level of the volume at startup.
Bass
Adjusts the bass level of the SpeakerLinX.
Treble
Adjusts the treble level of the SpeakerLinX.
Balance
Adjusts the balance of the SpeakerLinX.
Service Name
A display field used to denote the stream name.
Show Audio Settings on user
interface
Enables the audio settings to be adjustable from the
TouchLinX.
