Display Not Visible
at Night 1. The display back lighting is turned off.
Solution: Press the LIGHT key once to turn on the back lighting for the
display, press the LIGHT key again to turn on the panel lights, press the
LIGHT key a third time to shut off both lights.
Alarm Sounds
Continuously 1. The alarm has become loose, has rotated, and the wires have become
crossed inside.
Solution: Call Ag Leader Technology and send your monitor in for
repair. To temporarily stop the alarm, remove the top nine screws that
secure the front panel, then open the panel and cut the wire that goes to
the positive alarm terminal.
“Elevator Speed
Changed” Message
Displayed While
Harvesting 1. The elevator speed has become erratic.
Solution: Press the FLOW key until “xxx EL RPM” is displayed.
Watch the elevator rpm while harvesting. If it is jumping around (jumps
of 40+ rpm), the elevator speed is erratic. Refer to the Elevator Speed
is 0 or Erratic troubleshooting instructions.
Can Not Change
Grain Type 1. The Field is displayed alone on the top line of the display.
Solution: You can only change the grain type with a load displayed.
Press the LOAD key to display a load. If you want to change the grain
type of an entire field, you must change the grain type of every load in
that field.
Can Not Change
Date or Time 1. You have pressed the DATE/TIME key instead of the CLOCK key.
Solution: You can only change the date and time under the CLOCK
key. The date and time under the DATE/TIME key is the date and time
the load was created.
