DVD-ROM was copied, make sure that all the contents of the DVD-ROM have
been copied to that directory, and then retry the installation.

Check the license by using the HDLM command's
view -sys -lic
operation.
If necessary, update the license by using the
set -lic
operation during or after
the installation. If the same error message is output, contact your HDLM vendor
or the maintenance company if there is a maintenance contract for HDLM.
Do not perform the following operation:

update of the license for an upgrade installation
