When performing neither of the above, or if the same error continues to occur
even after one of the above procedures is performed, execute the utility for
collecting HDLM error information (

) to collect the error
information, and then contact your HDLM vendor or maintenance company if
there is a maintenance contract for HDLM. For details on the
