detection level is the same as A.520. Set whether to
output an alarm or warning by "Vibration Detection
Switch" of Pn310.
Mechatrolink 4303 0920 This warning occurs before the regenerative overload
alarm (A.320) occurs. If the warning is ignored and
operation continues, a regenerative overload alarm may
occur.
Mechatrolink 4303 0930 This warning occurs when the absolute encoder battery
voltage is lowered. Continuing the operation in this status
may cause an alarm.
Mechatrolink 4303 0941 The change of the parameters can be validated only after
turning the power ON from OFF.
