ErrorID Meaning
0 No Error
4377 File reading already in progress
4381 Motion aborted due to axis alarm.
4387 Already copying cam data (If Execute transition to TRUE while
Busy = TRUE)
4633 Table size results in misaligned data. Refer to the help section
“Internally Created Cam Data.” A cam table will have a
multiple of 16 bytes if created correctly.
4634 Buffer size results in misaligned data
4635 Table type is not supported
