Y_RebootController
This function block reboots all controller processes, and reinitializes the
MECHATROLINK network. Nodes are temporarily disconnected from
network and rediscovered afterward. This function block was introduced
in firmware version 2.5 for use with the MP2600iec controller and will
execute on all other controller models. The application is similar to
Y_ResetMechatrolink, which is not supported on the MP2600iec. Resetting
an option style amplifier causes its option card to reboot.

B Execute BOOL Upon the rising edge, all other function block inputs are read
and the function is initiated. To modify an input, change the
value and re-trigger the execute input. FALSE
VAR_OUTPUT
B Done BOOL Set high when the commanded action has been completed successfully. If
another block takes control before the action is completed, the Done output
will not be set. This output is reset when execute goes low.
