→ ON interval is short. After the power has been turned off, be sure to wait

for at least 5 seconds before turning it back on. Abnormal regenerative
resistance temperature is also suspected.

SCIF open error in non-AUTO mode (Servo in use)

In a mode other than AUTO, opening of the serial 1 channel (also used by the
PC software/TP port) from a SEL program is prohibited while the servo is in use
(to ensure safety).
