[Function] Turn ON/OFF the servos of all axes.

Turn ON the servo.

The arm system is set in local variable No. 99 upon successful completion of SVON.
Right arm system = 1
Left arm system = -1
Indeterminable = 0
Judgment is made based on the angle of arm 2.
This command sets the arm system immediately after servo ON and will not monitor the arm
system continuously.

When this command is executed for IX robots, the servos of all axes will be turned ON or
OFF regardless of the axis pattern.
