clear interface Removes an IP interface.
Syntax — clear interface vlan-id ip

vlan-id — VLAN name or number
Defaults — None.
Access — Enabled.
History — Introduced in MSS Version 3.0.
Usage — If the interface you want to remove is configured as the system
IP address, removing the address can interfere with system tasks that use
the system IP address, including the following:
