• Go to the UVPSettings folder inside the Application Data folder.
• Have the System Administrator select Allow for all permissions listed for each user or group for
either the UVPSettings folder, or for each file within the folder (depending on the Network
Security Policy where the LS software will reside).
Definitions of the User Administration Columns
Column Heading Description
User Name
Unique Identification name for a particular user. This could be a name
or a word that makes it easier to identify the user.
Date Created Date the user name was created.
Last Login Date of last login.
Login Count Number of times the user has logged in.
Idle Time Lock Indicates the maximum idle time. To change the idle time, click Tasks
> Set Idle Time. Zero means no idle time.
Password
Expiration Date
Date the password expires.
View Enables user to view images. To change this setting, click Tasks >
Edit Rights. Click or unclick the View option.
