Counting Using a Predefined Template
Before proceeding through the next steps, a template must have been set up and saved using the
Manual Count Wizard. If there are no templates, create a template. The template defines a set or
parameters for future colony count analysis.
•
Open a colony image.
•
Select the
Colony Counting Tab, click on the Count menu button.
•
Define the region of interest using the tools provided in the menu (Rectangle, Ellipse, Polygon
etc.)
•
Click on the
Template function under the Count menu.
•
A new window appears. Select the desired template from the drop down menu.
•
Click
OK.
•
Click the
Results menu button to view the data.
