Lane and Band Information
First Find Lanes and Bands to view information on lanes and bands. The software allows users to view
lane information in the following formats as listed below:
•
Lane and Band Properties
•
Lane Profile Graph
•
Data Explorer
•
Printing Data Explorer Tabular Reports
•
1D Analysis Settings (default preference settings)
Lane and Band Properties
View and Use Lane Properties
To select a lane, click a lane of interest outside of a band area. The lane will appear with four white
boxes one in each corner of the selected lane. From
1D Analysis Action Tab > Edit lanes and
bands > select
Object properties which allows users to view details for the lane/band including:
•
Name
•
Current Color
•
Current Font
•
Geometry
•
Molecular Weight Standard
•
Mass
