Important:Do not change the date format for your PC (control panel;
Regional/Date settings) while Check In-Out is running. To change the date
format, exit the application; change the date format via your computer’s
control panel; and then restart the application.
Setting Pull Down List Options
The pull down list options influence how your system will find the avail-
able data for a field. Be aware that it will effect the system data processing
speed. The options for each list field available must be individually speci-
fied.
To reach the Pull Down Options portion of the Setup form, click the Speed
button found along the bottom of the form.
The Pull Down Options area of the setup form is brought to the front. The
form contains four options in the Pull Down List field:
• Item/Locations: specify the data lookup option(s) for the Item List
lookup field in the Item#/Location form.
• Items: specify the data lookup option(s) for the Item List field in the
Item Data form.
• Location/Items: specify the data lookup option(s) for the Loc List
field in the Location/Item# form.
• Move Item: specify the data lookup option(s) for the items available
field to move in the Move Item form.
For each option, you may select how you want to view the associated data.
