Note: In order to export the report in .PDF format, you must have the
PDF Add-On for Microsoft Office 2007 installed on your system. this add-
on is available for download at the microsoft website
www.microsoft.com .
• Email: Select the Email button to attach the report file in a selected
format to an email message. When you select this button, the Send As
Object window appears.
The Send Object As window contains a variety of export options. Intel-
liTrack supports the following export options: PDF Format (*.pdf)
and Text Files (*.txt).
To export the report as an attachment to an email in .txt file format,
select the Text Files (*.txt) option in the Send Object As window and
click OK. Microsoft Outlook immediately appears; the report file is
attached to the auto-generated e-mail message.
