Next, click the Do It button to unreserve the item; the form clears and is 
ready to process a new reservation transaction; the reserved item is no 
longer reserved. (If you click the Close button, the reserved item is no 
longer reserved and the form closes.) (If you click the Cancel button, the 
transaction is cancelled, this means that the form closes but the item is still 
reserved in the system.)
Adding Check Out Item IDs
You are able to add item IDs to the system at the Check Out Item Receipts 
form (instead of using the Check Out Detail form). This is a fast way to 
add many item IDs that are tied to an item number. To use the Check Out 
Item Receipts form to quickly add check out item IDs to the system, please 
refer to the instructions that follow.

Select Manage Command Tab > Check In Command Set > Receive 
option from the ribbon.

The Check Out Items Receipt form appears.
