Location/Item# and Item#/Location Form
Buttons
The Location/Item# form and the Item#/Location form contain “transac-
tion” buttons along the bottom of the form to process data. The chart below
contains a brief overview of these buttons:
TABLE 6. Location/Item# Form Buttons
Button Function Description
Add Places the form in add mode so that you can
add consumable item record(s) to the data-
base.
Expand
Item Opens the Item Data form for the selected
inventory item record.
Move Opens the Move Item form for the selected
consumable item.
Note: A check out item is moved via the Move
Check Out form, which can be reached from
the Manage Command Tab > Inventory Com-
mand Set > Move Item ID; the check out item
normal location may be updated via the Check
Out Detail form.
Change Opens the Update Inventory dialog for the
selected consumable item.
Note: A check out item may be updated at the
Check Out Item Detail form.
Preview Preview the Inventory by Location Report on-
screen.
Print Print the Inventory by Location Report to the
default printer.
