Location/Item# Form
The Location/Item# form provides a method of viewing and editing loca-
tions and the items stored in them. When the Location/Item# form opens,
it displays all items and their location for the default site.
To view or work with the data, complete the following steps:
Viewing Items
by Location
for the Default
Site The retrieved data in the form lists the items stored in the location:
1. Select a location to view from the Select Location pull-down list.
2. To view the locations of all consumables, select Consumable Items or
to view the locations of all check out items, select Check Out Items
from the Select Location pull-down list.
3. The contents of the location specified appear in the record detail por-
tion of the form.
Moving an
Individual
Consumable
Item IntelliTrack DMS records all aspects of an inventory move. To move
inventory from the Location/Item# form, please refer to the steps below.
1. Select the record to move by placing the cursor in the row of the item
and selecting the Move button.
2. The Move Item form appears.
Delete Deletes selected item from location
Close Save data and exit from the form.
