If you are using multiple sites and downloaded all sites to the Batch
Portable Application, or if you added new sites/locations during your
physical inventory transactions on the handheld device, locations may
be search by site. Click the drop-down arrow in the Site field and select
the site by which you want to search for locations.

To search for all locations, leave the Location field blank and mark the
Partial Matches check box.
To search for a specific location, enter the location in the Location
field.
