Setting the stretch factor (C3097 / C3098)
With the electrical shaft function, the setpoint speed can be adapted in the slave drive via
the stretch factor under C3097/C3098.
The required stretch factor results from the following factors:
ƒ
Mechanical ratio of the master drive in proportion to the mechanical ratio of the
slave drive (virtual gearbox).
ƒ
Required speed overshoot of the slave drive to increase the web tension.
The stretch factor is specified as numerator (C3097) / denominator (C3098). Permissible
value range:
ƒ
C3097: −32767 ... +32767 (negative values cause a reversal of direction of rotation).
ƒ
C3098: 1 ... 32760
The master value input (at X8, X4 or X1) is multiplied by the numerator (C3097) and divided
by the denominator (C3098):
Drehzahlsollwert
+ Leitwert @ C3097
C3098
)
Note!
ƒ
The machine parameters for the gearbox ratio (C1202/C1203,
have an effect on positioning and have no impact on the "electrical shaft"
drive function.
ƒ
The stretch factor (C3097/C3098) can be changed during operation of the
"electrical shaft".
