Activating the speed override
The term "override" is used for the changing of the traversing speed set in the positioning
profile. Changing override values are accepted even during positioning. The profile
generator automatically adapts the travel profile, taking into account the adjusted
acceleration/deceleration. The target position will always be reached safely and reliably.
The positioning time, however, may change due to the underlying principle.

Speed override
The traversing speed is reduced during the positioning process.
In order to reach the specified target position, the missing distance (area) is automatically
added to the travel profile.
When reducing the traversing speed, the positioning process will last accordingly longer
(
Dt).
Activation
The speed override can be selected via the analog input (10 V
º 100 %) and/or by means of
a process data object (PDO) via CAN, AIF, C4040.
