Program Operatin Mode Output
• The FH command is used to output the data.
• The status of the program operation mode is output. The status is indicated using 32
bits that are divided into 4 groups of 8 bits.

0: reset, 1: Frun

0: Not holding, 1: Holding

0: Not waiting, 1: Waiting
