• Input Type: DC voltage, standard signal, thermocouple (TC), resistance temperature

detector (RTD)*1, ON/OFF input (DI), and DC current (by adding an external shunt

resistor)

• Measurement interval: 100*1, 200*1, 500 ms*1, 1, 2, 5 s

• Input range: -5% or more and 105% or less (accuracy is guaranteed in the range

from 0% to 100% inclusive)
