Allied Vision Technologies declares under its sole responsibility that all stan-
dard cameras of the AVT Stingray family to which this declaration relates are
in conformity with the following standard(s) or other normative docu-
ment(s):
• CE, following the provisions of 2004/108/EG directive

(Stingray board level cameras do not have CE)
• FCC Part 15 Class B

(Stingray board level cameras do not have FCC)
• RoHS (2002/95/EC)

We declare, under our sole responsibility, that the previously described AVT
Stingray cameras conform to the directives of the CE.
FCC – Class B Device
Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits
for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits
are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference
in a residential environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radi-
ate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with
the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
Operation of this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful
interference in which case the user will be required to correct the interfer-
ence at his own expense. You are cautioned that any changes or modifica-
tions not expressly approved in this manual could void your authority to
operate this equipment.
