Changing the PCR Interval (MTG300 Only)
This tutorial changes the PCR (Program Clock Reference) interval of the
transport stream data. The PCR is a time stamp in the transport stream from
which decoder timing is derived.
Perform the following steps to change the PCR interval (if your equipment is
still set up from the previous tutorial, proceed to step 6):
1. Press the front-panel MENU button to enable the pull-down menu display.
When the pull-down menus are enabled, the name of the selected pull-down
menu is highlighted.
2. Use the left and right arrow buttons to select the FILE pull-down menu.
3. Use the rotary knob or the up and down arrow buttons to select Open TS
File... from the menu, and then press the OK bezel button to open the dialog
box shown in Figure 2-13.
4. Use the rotary knob or the arrow buttons to select the test64.trp file, and
then press the OK bezel button. This displays the hierarchy view of the
transport stream file shown in Figure 2-14.
