Note!
In general, the "Warning locked" error response should not be set for the
operation of the CiA402 application with a control because the control cannot
distinguish this error response from the "Warning" error response. Therefore, it
cannot be acknowledged.

Conventions for CiA402 objects
The indexes of the CiA402 objects are indicated in the online documentation in
hexadecimal notation with a prefixed "0x", e.g. " 0x6040 ".
Some CiA402 objects (of the ARRAY or RECORD object type) contain so-called
"subindexes" in which the CiA402 parameters are stored. The slash "/" is used in
this online documentation as a separator between the index data and the
subindex, e.g. " 0x60FB/7 ".
