Heat Sink Overheat
Warning
When heatsink overheats, it will signal to prevent OH turn
off the drive. When it is higher than 85oC (185oF), it will be
ON.

16 PID supervision Active when the PID function is operating
17 Forward command Active when the direction command is FWD
