Deliver to original recipient: Delivers selected messages to the user to

administrator account (the account currently logged in to the
Administration Console).

Also select any of these options:

Mark as delivered: The message is tagged as “delivered” and kept in the
quarantine for a few days before being automatically deleted (helpful for
tracking message delivery).

Virus clean before delivering: Messages with a detected virus
embedded in valid content (such as a document attachment) are
cleansed and delivered virus-free.

4. Click Process to deliver all selected messages as specified above.

Manage User Aliases/Nicknames

You manage user aliases/nicknames in the Google Apps Control Panel. You can
add a user alias/nickname in the Administration Console, but it has only a
temporary effect. Initially, any mail addressed to that alias is filtered and archived
in accordance with the policies you have in effect, but when the user
synchronization between Google Apps and Postini takes place, the alias/
nickname you added in the Administration Console is deleted.

View User Aliases

To view user aliases:

1. Go to Orgs & Users > Users.

2. Select the Include: aliases check box, and enter any search criteria. Aliases

are listed in italics.
