Attachment Type
Description: Type of attachment that triggered an
Attachment Manager filter.
Values:
Blocked File Extension - File formats listed in
Custom File Types.
Compressed Files - File formats such as .zip and
.tar.
Executable Content - Executable file formats such
as.exe, .asp, and .vbs.
Multimedia - Movie, film, and video formats such as
.avi, .wmv, and .mpg.
Music - File formats such as .mp3 and .wav.
Images - File formats such as .jpg, .gif, and .bmp.
Office/Productivity - Common office and
productivity files such as .doc and .xls.
Other - File formats not included in the above
categories.
Note:
For a complete list of the filter file types
described above, log in to the Administration
Console, open the Organization Management page
for any organization, click Attachment Manager, click
Edit, and then click the links to any of the file types
(such as Executables or Compressed Files). For
more information, see “ Attachment Manager” on
page 271).
BCC ID
This is the user ID of an administrator account for a
BCC quarantine. If a BCC ID is displayed, the
message was delivered to the recipient, and a blind
carbon copy was also sent to an admin quarantine.
Value: system number followed by the
administrator’s user ID.
