Email Activity

The Email Activity graph shows an at-a-glance summary of important email
statistics from the last 60 minutes. The number of processed messages,
quarantined, delivered, and bounced are displayed.

The following pieces of data are shown:

Processed: All mail sent to the message security service.

Quarantined: Messages quarantined for spam, virus, attachments or content
rules and stored in the Message Center.

Delivered: Messages passed to Gmail. These messages may still be filtered
by Gmail spam filters.

Blocked: Messages refused by the message security service.

Spooled: This graph line is listed on the graph but not used. In other versions
of the service, messages can be spooled if the mail server fails. Since your
mail server is Gmail, messages are not spooled.

Current Activity

The Current Activity box shows activity over the last 60 seconds.

A count of valid, spam, and virus messages is displayed. The number of 500-
series errors and 400-series errors are displayed, along with the average
message size, total bytes, and number of blocked messages.
