Description
Turn on or off the timer output function of the specified channel.
Query the state of the timer output function of the specified channel.

Explanation
Turning on the timer will change the output state of the channel; therefore,
make sure that the output state change will not affect the devices connected to
the power supply before turning on the timer.
The timer output is valid when both the timer and the channel output are turned
on.
You cannot modify the timer parameters when the timer is turned on.
For multi-channel models, you can send
command to switch the current channel as well as set the timer parameters of
the channel selected and turn on or off the timer.
The timer and delayer (
) canot be turned on at the same time.
