:DISPlay Commands
The :DISPlay commands are used to set the display mode, turn on or off the screen display, display and
clear the string on the screen.

:DISPlay:MODE {NORMal|WAVE|DIAL|CLAS}

Description
Set the display mode.
Query the current display mode.

Explanation
DP831A/DP832A provides four display modes: number, waveform, dial and
classic.
DP831/DP832/DP821A/DP821/DP811A/DP811 provides three display modes:
number, waveform and dial.
NORMal: number mode. The parameters (such as the voltage and current) of
all the channels are displayed in number format.
WAVE: waveform mode. The parameters (such as the voltage and current) of
the channel currently selected are displayed in both waveform and number
formats.
DIAL: dial mode. The parameters (such as the voltage and current) of the
channel currently selected are displayed in both dial and number formats.
CLAS: classic mode. The parameters (such as the voltage and current) of all
the channels are displayed in number (classic) format.
Return Format
The query returns NORMAL, WAVE, DIAL or CLASSIC.
