where mode
The e&m-loop-ground-select selection controls the type of E&M signaling
conversion selection. The selections include loop-start (loop) and ground-start
(ground). The default is loop-start.

e&m-ringback
where mode
The e&m-ringback selection enables or disables the SHARK™ IAD initiated
ringback tone to the call-originator (office end). The default is ringback tone is
enabled.

e&m-forward-disconnect
where mode
The e&m-forward-disconnect selection controls the method of forward
disconnect. The selections include reverse battery (rev-batt) and opening the tip
lead (tip-open). The default is reverse battery.

CONFIGURING
THE ROUTER
MODULE
To begin entering router configuration commands, from the system prompt
enter:
SHARK010101000011> CONFIG
The SHARK™ IAD will enter the top node of the configurator.
Then enter:
(top)>> ROUTER
(ROUTER)>>
Enter the following commands from this node.
NOTE: See the save command on page 6-28 of this chapter about special
considerations when saving and loading ROUTER parameters.

You can configure system settings to assign a name to your SHARK™ IAD and
to specify what types of messages you want the diagnostic log to record. Enter
the system level as shown:

Specifies the name of your SHARK™ IAD. Each SHARK™ IAD is assigned a
name as part of its factory initialization. The default name for a SHARK™ IAD
