Working with Remote
Management
This chapter explains how to use the CLI to locate and open a
controller on another computer. Once you open a controller
remotely, you can perform controller, container, and disk operations
in the same manner as a controller opened on your local computer.
Note: The remote management software provides security
features to prevent unauthorized management of controllers
from the network. See the Flexible Array Storage Tool User’s
Guide for information on administering security for remote
management of controllers.
