Modifying Containers

Assign a drive letter to the split container using the
container assign drive_letter

Understanding the Mirror Split Attributes You can Specify
You use the
container split
command to split a mirror set. The
container split
command has no attributes.
Understanding How to Split a Mirror Set
This section provides an example that describes how to split a mir-
ror set.
Before splitting a mirror set, use the
container list
command to
display information about your containers, as in the following
example. In the example, the Type column indicates that a mirror set
resides on container 0. The SCSI C:ID:L column indicates that the
container consists of partitions on SCSI devices 2:01:0 and 2:02:0.

To split a mirror set, use the
container split
command, as in the
following example. In the example, container 0 is split, and
container 1 is created.
