To force ownership of a diskset, use the
disk_set

example, the command’s /partner switch assigns ownership of the
diskset to the peer partner, which has a diskset ID of
0xfafaf001007a1c00
and a creator ID of 0xfafaf001007a1c00.
HPN0> disk_set forceownership /partner=FALSE 0xfafaf001007a1c00

After running the
disk_set forceownership
command to force
ownership of a diskset, use the
disk_set list
command to
display information about your disksets, as in the following
example. In the example, the Owner column indicates that the peer
partner whose Owner is \\BULLDOG\HPN1
owns the diskset.
Note that the example alters the
disk_set list
output so that the
data can fit on the page.

Releasing Ownership of a Diskset
Releasing ownership of a diskset unassigns ownership of a diskset.
To release ownership of a diskset, the diskset must be owned by
either the controlling or peer partner. Once ownership is released,
the ownership becomes "unknown." You use the
disk_set
releaseownership
command to release ownership of a diskset.
