Stop the HP P6000 Performance Advisor Server service followed by the HP P6000 Performance
Advisor Database service.
2.
Start the HP P6000 Performance Advisor Database service followed by the HP P6000
Performance Advisor Server service.
Then, retry the task.
Error messages:
•
Unable to connect to HP P6000 Performance Data Collector due to network failure or the
service might be inaccessible. Please resolve the issues and retry.
•
Unable to fetch live data; the selected objects or HP P6000 Performance Data Collector might
be inaccessible, or there may be a network connection failure. Please resolve the issue and
re-create the chart.
•
Unable to fetch live data; the controller or HP P6000 Performance Data Collector might be
inaccessible, or there may be a network connection failure. Please resolve the issue and
re-create the chart.
•
Unable to connect to HP P6000 Performance Data Collector due to network failure or the
service might be inaccessible. Please resolve the issues and retry.
Explanation/Resolution: The HP P6000 Performance Data Collector instance through which HP
P6000 Performance Advisor is monitoring the selected storage system might be inaccessible. Ensure
that Connection Status for the HP P6000 Performance Data Collector instance shows as Up under
the Performance Data Collector Settings tab. For more information, see
P6000 Performance Data Collector instances” (page 71)
If the Connection Status is Down, resolve the connectivity error and retry the task.
