Reports
This section provides the reports related error messages and resolutions. If the issues are not
resolved, see
“Contacting HP support” (page 156)
.
Error messages:

Unable to retrieve the default values, please refresh the current content pane, and retry the
task. If the issue persists, refer to troubleshooting section in the P6000 Performance Advisor

Unable to retrieve the report details, please refresh the current content pane, and retry the

Explanation/Resolution: The HP P6000 Performance Advisor database might be inaccessible or
in an inoperable state. Wait for a few minutes and retry the task. If the issue persists, do the
following:
1.
Stop the HP P6000 Performance Advisor Server service followed by the HP P6000 Performance
Advisor Database service.
2.
Start the HP P6000 Performance Advisor Database service followed by the HP P6000
Performance Advisor Server service.
Then, retry the task.
Error message: Unable to delete the selected reports, they might be opened by another user at the
P6000 Performance Advisor installation folder. Close the reports and retry the task. If the issue
persists, contact your administrator to manually delete the reports
Explanation/Resolution: The administrator must manually delete the report from the
webapps\p6000pa\reports\ user name> location. Error message: Selected object is not currently monitored by P6000 Performance Advisor. To add Explanation/Resolution: The performance object for which you want to view the report is not “Adding performance objects for Error message: A report with the same file name exists in the file system.
