The root disk is not found or the partitioning of the disk fails.
If your boot drive is a SCSI disk, use the SCSI BIOS Configuration Utility
to check the disk is assigned to SCSI ID 0 (zero) and is configured to
host adapter 0 (zero), LUN 0 (zero).
A SCSI tape drive is not seen during installation.
Use the SCSI BIOS Configuration Utility to check the tape drive is
assigned to SCSI ID 2, and it is configured to host adapter 0 (zero),
LUN 0 (zero).
Also, verify the ID of the tape drive does not conflict with any other SCSI
device ID.
A SCSI CD-ROM drive is not seen during installation.
Use the SCSI BIOS Configuration Utility to check the CD-ROM drive
SCSI ID is set to 5, and it is configured to host adapter 0 (zero), LUN 0
(zero). Also, verify the ID of the CD-ROM drive does not conflict with any
other SCSI device ID.
