Press [OK] to return to the Copy Screen.
% Press [Default Set] to restore the initial setting. Press [Cancel] to resume the previous setting.
% Printing will not start without the Copy Screen displayed. Be sure to display the Copy Screen.
3.2.8 Copying Non-Standard Size Original: Custom
The size of the original placed in the ADF or on the original glass is usually detected when placed. Identifying
the original size as a standard size, the machine scans the area of the standard size to make a copy (Standard
mode).
Use the Custom mode to specify the desired scanning area, irrespective of actual size of the original.
This function also allows you to specify/register the desired special size in 1 mm increments, and to recall the
registered size when needed.
0 Use [Full Area] in Custom mode to certainly copy small originals that cannot be detected in Standard
mode.
0 Custom sizes can be registered. Registered size information can be utilized later for both original and
copy paper size settings.

Position the original.

Press [COPY] tab to display the Copy Screen.

Press [Original Setting].
The Original Setting Screen will be displayed.

Press [Custom].
The Custom Size Screen will be displayed.
