4.5 Adjusting Color Tones 4
To make blue closer to magenta, press [B] and then [+] to specify a positive adjustment level.
% The batch adjustment is still available after the hue adjustment is made individually for each of red,
green, and blue. Press [OK], then use [-] or [+] as desired.
% To resume the standard level, set [0] for all colors.
% Press [Default Set] to resume the standard level and return to the Quality Adjustment Screen.
% Proceed to step 7 if a sample copy is desired to check the adjustment result.
% To complete the adjustment, press [OK] to return to the Quality Adjustment Screen, then proceed
to step 8.
The Quality Adjustment Screen displays each adjustment level under [Hue] when restored after individ-
ual adjustments have been made.

Output a sample copy.
After setting the desired adjustment level, press [Adj. Proof Copy] on the Quality Adjustment Screen,
[Adj. Proof Copy] on the Hue Screen, or Proof Copy on the control panel. Check the adjustment result
with output image.
% Repeat steps from 3 to 7 until the desired result is obtained.

Press [Close] on the Quality Adjustment Screen.
The Copy Screen will be restored. The [Hue] indication can be found under [Quality Adj.] on the Copy
Screen.
