5. Define or change the following fields as needed:
 IP Address— IPv4 address of the sFlow collector on your network.
Enter the IPv4 address in the following format:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
where xxx is a number from 0 to 255. There are four groups of
numbers that are separated by periods.
 UDP Port— UDP port number of the sFlow collector. The default is
UDP port 6343.
6. Click Apply.
7. Click SAVE.
